The saying of Jesus, "I am the Vine, you are the branches" speaks of belonging, unity, fellowship and of the life-giving relationship Christians have with Jesus. This service relates the sequence of growth of a vine to our experience of Christian living. The service is particularly suitable when there is a baptism, but is also useful for more general occasions.
