The visual impact of 4 large hearts sets the context for this service. The pictures that are used and their messages come from the hearts and the expression "from the heart" is used throughout the service to speak of God's love for us and of a  Mother's love for her children.

The service develops the strands of thought which give thanks for nourishment, teaching, comfort and protection and develops them in relation to both Mother Church and  the love of our natural mothers and carers. Heart shaped gifts can be included in the service as an optional extra if desired.
